Permaculture Workshop: My Imaginary Garden

Pera Kids
Ages 7-12

  • August 3, 2024 / 10:30

Visiting Coffee Break and examining plant motifs created with natural and plant-based paints, children discover creativity and nature together in the workshop where permaculture principles and the vegetation around us are examined. Children who receive theoretical information about permaculture, also called sustainable agriculture, learn which plants like to be together with each other. In the workshop, children also use collage and plant printing techniques to paint their colorful gardens.

Instructor: Pley Studio
Capacity: 12 people
Duration: 90 minutes
Fee per workshop: 250 TL

The event will take place in the Pera Museum (face-to-face).

Reminiscences of Motifs

Memory of Objects

Memory of Objects

In his book exploring the cultural history of souvenirs, Rolf Potts discusses how such objects assume meaning through personal stories: Objects turn into memories with the stories they hold.
