Pera Film is saluting Andrei Tarkovsky (1922-1986), the distinguished Soviet director whose austerely poetic, deeply personal films made him one of the most treasured artists of his generation.

Pera Film in collaboration with and as part of 24th LGBT+ Pride Week, is screening a series of films.

The program explores the relationship between the cinematic and the philosophical, the fundamental nature of being and the world that encompasses it. The selected films bring together unusual stories exploring the nature of dreams, consciousness, existentialism, free will, our relations with others, and mainly the meaning of life.

This year’s 14th International Filmmor Women Film Festival on Wheels is focusing on the motto “Femicide is Preventable: Women’s Solidarity Keeps Women Alive.”
