A large family in Yugoslavia gathers around their dying grandmother's bedside. Despite the doctor's warning that the old woman could pass away at any moment, she defies expectations, and family members spend days by her side. As Grandma's condition gets better and better, the entire country's fate is about to change. It's the year 1992, and it's April. The war is looming.
