In 1974, we find ourselves in Greece under military rule. Georgis, an innocent tourist, is accused of being a member of an illegal underground organization. Captured by two secret agents, Georgis embarks on a journey to be taken to the secret service headquarters in Athens under surveillance, but the journey is fraught with pursuit and traps. This Kafkaesque comedy, bearing the signature of Peter Fleischmann, one of the representatives of the Young German Cinema movement and the free-spirited directors of the silver screen, features legendary actors Mario Adorf and Michel Piccoli, with Ugo Tognazzi accompanying them.
Coffee was served with much splendor at the harems of the Ottoman palace and mansions. First, sweets (usually jam) was served on silverware, followed by coffee serving. The coffee jug would be placed in a sitil (brazier), which had three chains on its sides for carrying, had cinders in the middle, and was made of tombac, silver or brass. The sitil had a satin or silk cover embroidered with silver thread, tinsel, sequin or even pearls and diamonds.
