Embodied Stories

Pera Adult

  • March 24, 2023 / 19:00

In this workshop, inspired by Paula Rego's works in which she tells fairy tale stories that sometimes contain sections from her life, the participants use a dance therapy technique, "Authentic Movement", and transfer this movement onto a large piece of paper. Then, they interpret their story consisting of lines, symbols and colors before revealing it through moving and painting. The workshop invites everyone to experience bodily movement's artistic and healing aspects.
