Coincidental Expressions

Pera Museum Learning Programs is organizing fun and educational online workshops and tours for different age groups between May 9 and August 7, 2022, under its “Coincidental Expressions” program related to the exhibition, And Now the Good News: Works from the Nobel Collection.

The online events for pre-school and elementary school students will be held on Zoom Meeting and will last for 30 minutes. These events include a virtual guided tour of the exhibition, followed by a workshop related to the exhibition. High school students can participate in virtual guided tours. Online workshops for individuals with special needs also be conducted for elementary, middle school and high school students. These will last for 45 minutes and include a virtual guided tour of the exhibition.

Teachers from various disciplines will be hosting a decollage workshop related to the exhibition following a virtual guided tour.

Adults participate in workshops on creating Dadaist art through coding with artist Bager Akbay and study the social arena in the media using archived newspapers with artist Aslı Uludağ. They also have a chance to attend a virtual guided tour of the And Now the Good News: Works from the Nobel Collection exhibition during the course of the exhibition.

Nursing home residents and their companions also be offered virtual guided tours of the And Now the Good News: Works from the Nobel Collection exhibition and learn about select works of art.
